Born in Mutare 1973. Zimbabwe
I grew up on a tobacco farm in Rusape (Zimbabwe) After school I started my apprenticeship with Gwaai Valley Safaris (Harry Bennie), on the eastern border of Hwange National Park.
In 1994 after qualifying as a professional hunter I started work with Matupula Hunters in the west of Zimbabwe. I had the privilege of working alongside professional hunter Mark Elament. I was also in charge of their PAC operations for quite some time, where I gained a lot of dangerous game experience. After which I moved on to Lions Den Safaris of which I was a partner and worked alongside PH Thys De Vries. Moving to the Zambezi Valley in 2007 where I have been with Chifuti Safaris for a long time.
I have been friends with Buzz and Myles my whole hunting career and am honoured to be joining their team. |
