Born in Zimbabwe in 1991, Amir was raised in a hunting family and has grown up under the direct guidance and tutelage of his dad, Amin. From a young age Amir developed an appreciation for hunting and gained a keen understanding of the African bush and all it has to offer.
Having hunted many plains game species since the age of 8, he finally had his dream come true and shot his first elephant and buffalo at the age of 16. From that point his passion for hunting dangerous game began.
After completing high school Amir started his apprenticeship with Side by Side Safaris and accompanied numerous hunts throughout Zimbabwe soaking in all the big game experience he could. He then went on to obtain his full Professional Hunters Licence.
During his free time he studied online through the University of South Africa and qualified with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Amir is passionate, mature and has a deep love for wildlife and conservation. He believes strongly in fair chase, sustainable, ethical hunting. |
