CMS is very excited to announce that we now have the exclusive hunting rights to the Jamanda Community Conservancy adjacent to Gonerezhou National Park. This area was fenced into the park 15 years ago and has not been hunted since!

It is a smallish area that has a very small and exclusive quota. The last four, 100lbs elephant that have been taken in Zimbabwe, have all come from areas that are bordering Gonarezhou so we are incredibly excited at the opportunities we may find especially considering the fact that we are FENCED INTO the park!

Apart from the chance at a truly special elephant, the genetics of buffalo in this area are the best in Zimbabwe and we only have two tags a year which means that we will take two outstanding dugga boys. These will be complimented with a limited plains game bag of Nyala, Kudu, Waterbuck ,Impala ,Bushbuck and duiker!

The tented camp is set on the cliffs of the Save River, looking up at the Chivilila Falls and down at a big pool full of hippo and crocodiles so at night one hears the waterfalls, hippo and often Lions! Additionally, world class photographic safari opportunities in the most productive part of the Park being the Save / Lunde river junction are only a 30 minute drive away, accessed in the dry season by driving across the Save River.

In a perfect world we would like to sell only one hunt a year in Jamanda to a person or a group taking the entire quota!
